I haven't found anything that's triggering it. Have you attempted a new installation of W10?

but the old windows is still on the hdd, the new one i installed on SDD might be the reason since i had similar issues with my gtx 1050 ti and i5-7400 but replaced everything except the hdd

Take out your HDD and simply play the game on the SSD to check if it improves performance.
