This situation is really frustrating. To be clear, I built this machine using a PC part picker and verified compatibility. - When powering it on, all fans work and the lights function properly, even with the graphics card. - The Aorus B450 motherboard has four lights to assist, it passes the CPU test. Then RAM is checked, then it stops at VGA. After reviewing the manual, I suspect a graphics card problem. So I took these steps: - Reconnected everything and tried using the secondary VGA power port on the power supply (despite GPU spinning). - Removed the GPU and tried launching with built-in graphics, same issue occurred. - Finally, unplugged everything completely and double-checked all connections before plugging it back in. I’m confused and upset. Help is needed.

Without understanding your setup, it's hard to determine the reason. You likely have a graphics card installed in the highest PCIe port.

Maybe consider another PCIe x16 port. That seems like the best option at the moment.

I'll attempt this now. It seems the system won't start with the built-in graphics. This might indicate a more significant issue.

The second PCIe port managed its first three startup attempts but remained stuck on VGA mode, with no way to access the BIOS.

I just got out of an anti-static bag and jumped right into the mobile. I’ll double-check later. It looks like I need a card since both slots are having problems.
