Could be a power supply problem? Not enough voltage? The 3080 Ti was removed earlier and the same occurred again.

It's common for Asus boards to loop for 3-5 minutes during memory training. This might be the cause. Be patient and allow it up to 10 minutes. If nothing changes afterward, consider re-flashing the BIOS.

I disassembled the whole unit and attempted to power it up in this configuration. The output was saved as 69080552902__82AA4CF9-655B-408A-88C8-7FA61C9B60E3.MOV.
