Have you explored purchasing a new PSU with a 3.0 wattage that connects directly to the GPU without any adapters? My previous 1000W PSU caused the 4080 to fail to display, but after switching to a 3.0 watt model it worked properly.

4060 and 4070 support the older 8pin PCIE power. No adapter required.

Do you have any items that offer at least decent value for money to test? The Thermaltake might be even worse, especially if you're using the poor "Smart" power supplies. It's tough to pinpoint issues until you have a solid base, which means a trustworthy PSU should eventually be part of the mix.

Yeah, actually that Smart series unit might even perform worse than the Jupiter, but that's difficult to say. They aren't exactly what I'd expect from an enthusiast or gaming system, let alone something basic. Not even close.

So, the Crucial memory advisor doesn't indicate compatibility with that motherboard. That seems reasonable since, unlike Corsair's and G.Skill's checks, Crucial's validation is quite limited. Unless this was an AMD-only setup, I wouldn't be too surprised about potential issues on an Intel platform—especially if it wasn't a top-tier memory with extreme speeds. Intel generally handles memory compatibility better, though I've seen some cases where an Intel CPU and board refused to run certain DDR4 that were meant for AMD systems. That does happen, but it's less common than the opposite scenario.

Hey there! Let's keep it simple!
😆
I managed to get this whole 12600K, 32gig, 40 series setup under $900 before taxes. I really like building on a budget.

Well, not really, since the PSU. You should have gone cheaper elsewhere.
If you're just going to insist it's OK and not deal with the issue, there's not much more I can do, so I wish you good fortune.

Wow! Two functioning Power Supplies, though neither up to your expectations. You've discovered the real culprit! The positive side is that I have a fully set up and updated Windows 11 system. Apart from not seeing BIOS during post, everything runs smoothly. After work today, I intend to run the firmware utility to check if it satisfies Nvidia's requirements for a BIOS update. I'll keep you all updated.
