After reading some comments, I woke up this morning and spotted the disk again... Inside it says "PC-DVD ROM," but the label clearly states a Blu-Ray disc for PlayStation 4. What a mess! My ex girlfriend really threw me again! 😤 Still, thanks to all the helpers!
