Need to get a gaming disk from my ex-girlfriend!

Hey guys, I just got a GTA V (PC) gaming blu-ray disk from my ex girlfriend. Actually I'm little bit confused about this disk..... Confusions are these........ i) Can a DVD writer can play a Blu-Ray disk? ii) If I installed it, Does it require any internet connection? iii) Is it even run on core i7 4790k, 16gb ddr3 RAM and nVidia GeForce GTX 750 ti? .....................................And of course don't forget to tell me that how was my profile pic!!!!

1. No specific dependency required; some disks now only need a downloader. 3. It should work fine with the setup mentioned.

It should function on that setup, though I’m not entirely confident about the Blue Ray option. It seems to be compatible with PC as well, given GTA had several disks available.
