Funny! I also logged into Microsoft.com com and reinstalled Office. Everything seems fine now. If not, I'll attempt the repair.

I believe I've identified the issue, heading in the right direction. I removed the GPU and used DDU. I've been operating on the UHD Graphics 770 IGPU for more than 24 hours without any hangs. Several factors led me to this conclusion:
1. The icons on the taskbar didn't always appear
2. Entering data in Excel and moving to the next cell caused a flashing screen
3. Switching between full screen and default view on YouTube videos triggered the hang
4. As initially noted, the problem only appeared after updating to 23H2, using Gigabyte drives with GCC and updated GPU drivers.
Now I plan to reinstall the GPU and test again. If the issue persists, I'll try two additional AMD GPUs, all of which are in use. The RX 6750 XT on my budget box has performed perfectly with the Ryzen 5 3600.
