I'm experiencing a strange problem where my PC randomly crashes, causing the monitors to disconnect and audio to stop. After uninstalling Windows and doing a fresh install, I removed GPU drivers in safe mode using DDU, reset the CMOS, and returned everything to default settings without any overclocking or undervolting. The issue still occurs unpredictably—sometimes the PC works for a week, then it fails after a short period. It seems to happen more often when I'm logging in or watching YouTube videos for 15-20 minutes after boot.

Access the event viewer via windows logs -> system. Narrow results to error and critical entries, ordering by time. Capture a screenshot and share it here.

I'm not finding anything in C:\minidump. Please upload the dump file if you have it, and I'll share it here.

Consider disabling fast boot in the BIOS. If this doesn't resolve the issue, I recommend checking a different PSU if available.

I don't have a mini dump folder, but I can create one and likely the problem will repeat. Fast boot is always turned off on my PC. I once had an issue with the power supply cable since it came from cablemod, but after replacing it with a new one it worked fine. I'm unsure what changed to cause both my displays to shut down and the audio to cut off too. The DP cables I use have been swapped as well, thinking they might be faulty, but after replacing them it still worked and the same issue occurred. My monitors also show DP not detected on both screens.

The minidump configuration details can be found at the provided link. If nothing appears in the event viewer and no dump file is generated, it suggests a sudden power shutdown event, possibly due to the PSU or another component.

Thank you. I'm restarting the system now. It should reset shortly.

If the issue arises, the fans and lights remain active. To restart the system, follow the recommended steps.

Audience and illumination remain active, and restarting would require using the reset button.

It seems the system was only connected when it wasn't, but audio continued to play. I had to press the reset button to restart the PC again. I was viewing a YouTube video and creating AI images at the time. After this, I updated the software to the newest release.
