I might have identified the issue. The two PCIE cables from Cablemod initially functioned well, but now they’re failing again. I ran Cyberpunk 2077 at full settings and the GPU crashed along with the audio. Once used the original cables from the PSU, it lasted much longer. Typically it would crash within the first couple of minutes during gameplay or at character creation. I tried letting the game run for an hour to see if it would shut down.

So after a week of testing with the original power PCI-E cables, there were no crashes. It's been fixed!
