Your RAM is set to run at 3200MHz as advertised, but it may not be reaching that speed due to BIOS settings or motherboard limitations. Check the BIOS options for adjusting the memory clock speed and ensure the chipset supports higher frequencies. If needed, update your BIOS to the latest version for better performance.

Press BIOS during startup, then navigate to the overclocking section in advanced settings. Displayed memory speed should be adjusted to 3200. Confirm all timing values are accurate.

In the BIOS, the first info page shows a DDR4 speed of 3000 MHz, but the packaging and label on the RAM indicate 3200 MHz. Could there be an issue?

That's the automatic suggestion it made. Click advanced, then overclocking, and you'll find a dropdown for frequency selection.

The right timing depends on what you're doing, but start with a gentle pace and adjust as you get more comfortable.
