I own this PC: ASUS PRIME H610M-E D4-CSM | Intel I3 12100F | Kingstom 2x16GB 3200 MHZ RAM | Sapphire RX 6600 XT 8GB | Chieftec GPS600A8. When playing games at maximum settings, except for ray tracing, I consistently achieve around 60 FPS without exceeding 60% CPU or GPU usage. This holds true during livestreaming with OBS, and even when streaming Elden Ring. CPU and VGA usage never spike high enough to cause stuttering. On YouTube, I notice some pixelation, but I’m not sure if it’s due to OBS handling or AMD VRAM settings. I’ve tried setting latency low, which sometimes improves the picture, but pixelation remains. It seems like my CPU isn’t powerful enough for smooth streaming under these conditions. Could you help identify what might be causing this issue?

Open Firefox and Led TV finally—I’m free. Let me look for a better video first; this one doesn’t seem right. I’ll wait 10 minutes and then update this post with something better.

It might be YouTube reducing the bitrate once more in an effort to promote their premium subscription offering, which provides a higher quality stream. I’ve also seen occasional minor pixelation even when playing at 1080p.
