We're starting to figure this out, alright. I'll try the livestream on Twitch later today—actually, I'm not really doing that here. I'll post an update once it's done. If I notice any pixel issues, what should I do next? I had set the bitrate to 51000 kbps on Obs, which is at its maximum, and the livestream timing shows a 15-second difference between my stream and the displayed time.
I'm back here with a livestream test on YouTube. I haven't set up Twitch yet, but I'm using different configurations. The settings look like this: Latency - Normal Rate Control, Bitrate 51000 kbps; Ultra Low Rate Control - CBR Bitrate 51000 kbps; Normal Rate Control - CBR Bitrate 25000 kbps. I also captured an Adrenaline Overlay to observe all usage and micro stuttering. When focusing on the rock, moving, and stopping, it appears blurred for a few seconds before clearing. It seems like contrast loss or poor capture quality compared to past games. On my monitor everything looks clear even when I move. But at 51000 kbps and 25000 kbps, do you notice any difference? Please check both configurations.
i stream different games live, currently i can't play elden ring. game guard is on and i can't start er. creeave video is also available, so what obs send will capture it too. if the recording has poor quality, it will still be saved. if the difference is clear, it’s likely a youtube upload. probably it’s stray, but i’m not sure.
I believe the high pixel count comes from using AMD hardware with H.265 encoding instead of HEVC or AV1.
