When you install the onedrive app on your phone, it adds an additional 15GB of storage, giving you a total of 30GB free. I prefer using Hotmail because it’s always handy, and there’s no advantage to changing. The way one drive connects to the file explorer is also quite good, especially with Windows 8.1.

I rely on both platforms. Gmail handles my devices and services, while Outlook (Windows Live) is my personal tool.

I hold two perspectives—one personal and one school-related—and use two Gmail accounts: one for general communication and another for resume purposes. Both offer useful tools like Google Docs, but if you're seeking a solid email app, Outlook remains a strong choice. I recall a review suggesting the Outlook app is top for Gmail on iPhone, while the calendar widget shines on Android.

It's a bit different, but I can share how amazing Mozilla Thunderbird is. It's more than just an email client—it's your central hub for all your addresses, including Gmail and Yahoo. Keeping everything in one place makes it super handy. While I appreciate Thunderbird, Gmail's interface feels more straightforward and user-friendly for me.
