I need to check if I can extend the build to add this item. I’ll wait for the paycheck this Friday to receive the final budget figure before proceeding with the purchase of the parts.

Not focusing on overclocking at the moment. My main goal is a quiet PC for gaming. I’m using the Fractal Meshify C and an aftermarket CPU cooler.

It's reasonable to invest more in unnecessary features if they add value to your needs.

You're right, the decision hinges on your final budget. I'm constantly tweaking my setup as I gather more information and choose the best path based on what I can afford. I currently have around five variations—some with improved power supply or RAM, others with a better motherboard, and then the most affordable option that fits my needs. Thanks for all the guidance; it really helps me make the right choice.

Quality and functional software have always been essential. MSI BIOS tools often face problems with AM4 systems.

Sure, I recommend the ASUS TUF B450-Plus Gaming over the Tomahawk for better performance and features.
