It's just after startup, yes. The Torrent completed a stress test—maximum temperature reached 99°C, peak usage was 3.11 GHz. I have 8 GB of RAM, but I’m not sure why the other 4 are idle. This was idle right after the test and had time to cool down.
Reduce the central clock by 120mV and retry. Observe whether it improves FPS or clock speed. Unexpected outcomes noted—PC starts at 82°C but drops to 65°C after stress test.
