Certainly, just after confirming the conditions, it will prompt you about updating now or generating an ISO for a USB drive.

Right now your setup might be broken or the disk is not working. You should look into S.M.A.R.T. data. Tools like CrystalDiskInfo can show you the condition of your drive.

It's not recommended to hard reset the PC at this stage. The drive appears functional after the recent reset, so you likely don't need to reset it further.

Just to note, I added my 50cts. I faced issues with any W10 upgrade after reading negative reviews. I stopped using systems in 1803 because the 1809 version seemed problematic. The 1903 update has several reasons for failure and removed important drivers. Until now... I upgraded from USB without internet and it worked perfectly.
