You're not very thoughtful about the situation, aren't you? We don't know what GPU he's running right now. If it's outdated and still capable, the 8350 might still handle a better one.

Upgrading board and CPU isn't a hurry. Even a GTX 1660 (not 1060) might hit limits sometimes with the FX 8 core—about 10% faster than stock and 15% more when overclocked compared to the 1060 6GB (roughly 5-10% better than the 1060 3GB). The 1060 3GB should still work well for Monster Hunter World at 1080p 60fps with a mix of high and medium settings. To notice a real improvement, consider moving to an RTX 2060 minimum. If you already own the game but low settings keep you stuck, check your CPU usage—high load could mean it's the CPU that needs attention rather than the GPU.
