Why is it using windowed mode instead of full screen? I was testing modded Skyrim at 1440p DSR on a 1080p screen.

It's mentioned in the OP that using Mod Organizer's SKSE selection from the dropdown (similar to Gopher) works well in windowed mode, but switching to windowless mode causes an infinite black screen.

I see, you meant "full screen" instead of "windowless." The game is quite unstable right now. It often requires restarting after launching to ensure all mods load correctly.
