use samsung magician to verify firmware versions for those storage devices, as outdated software can cause unexpected failures.

I reinitialized the BIOS, reinstalled Windows multiple times. I deleted the graphics driver by hand. I reprogrammed the BIOS and turned off all app programs, even disabling antivirus. Still nothing worked.
