mainly for fun lol… my 5GHz stays steady with small AVX2. Produces 210W without issues. High voltage, 1.32v in BIOS and 1.2v under load… can’t find a stable 5.2 in OCCT… I’m considering a better cooler to push more voltage.

On the Z390 Aorus Ultra, medium settings tend to perform best. You might want to check a buildzoid video for more insights.

I’m not sure about the details, but I usually set it as a llc to avoid overloads. Then I reduced the vcore, and someone else can clarify whether llc increases all voltages or just the vcore.
