You can test at 49x, but if it gets too hot, reduce to 48x and stop. During testing, 90+ is acceptable for over two hours. The temperature threshold for normal daily use depends on the specific device, but prolonged high heat can still affect performance.

TJ Max costs around 100c per Intel, though some say it's closer to 115. Anything under that price that meets requirements is fine. Most laptops are adjusting based on this number, and they may slow down if things get too warm.
