I'll check if the problem was related to my video drivers after installing the new card. Besides, I've removed the whole Steam directory from all antivirus scans.

I encountered issue 53 while starting Prison Architect with f-secure and deep guard enabled. I disabled the security settings.

Have you already tested this? If not, please close Steam and remove your ClientRegistry.blob file, then restart the application.

I just removed all of my Steam files. I’ll reinstall everything and start over.
