It seems there might be an issue with either the motherboard or CPU memory control component. Your RAM sticks (two 8GB) are functioning correctly when installed in slot B1, but they only work in slot A1. It’s possible you damaged your motherboard RAM slots during installation. The BIOS is set to BSOD and has been worsening until the PC stopped turning on after moving RAM from slot A1 to B1. Dual channel in B1 and B2 isn’t working either. You may want to check the motherboard for any physical damage or incorrect placement before deciding whether to replace the CPU or motherboard.
I frequently reinitialized the BIOS, testing it numerous times. XMP was turned off, but eventually someone suggested using a single RAM stick to unlock XMP support, which likely wasn’t the issue.
Slots 2 and 4 should be considered starting from the CPU position.
They're paired up already, so I've checked slots 1-3 and 2-4 again.
I'll give it a shot, we'll check it out. I'm planning to respond from my phone later.
