Yeah, I wasn't expecting that either. With the screenshot you shared, it seems the difference isn't significant, so I'll definitely go with the 7800. Regarding integrated graphics, would they be enough until the 50 series is released? Could I run games like CS2 at around 100fps if possible?

It's unclear if those integrated graphics are sufficient for gaming; checking benchmarks might be the best approach.

I wouldn't expect to receive one until mid-summer.

Damn, it's really bad. Should we just buy a 4090 now instead of waiting? I don't think we can tell how much better the 5090 would be, since it hasn't been released yet. Or was the 4090 significantly better than the 3090, making the wait worth it for that difference?

I can definitely try using my current GPU for a short time, even though it might cause a major performance issue. Just don’t expect me to wait until mid-summer, as USAFret mentioned.

Based on the experience with the 40XX release, yes, it could turn out quite poorly.
Whether it's 'better' or 'worth it' depends on your specific requirements.

Sure, when I shared my post, I felt like it was worth it or better would depend on personal opinion. Thanks a lot for your assistance—I’ll just wait until the 5090 series and then hope the 9800x3d is back in stock too. Honestly, I might be impatient, but that’s me!

If you're quick to react, and I understand - I'm fast too - just grab the 4090. It's more than enough for a 2K screen, and even with a 4K display, you'll still be able to play games at full power without any issues.
