Hi, I recently purchased a set of Logitech Z333 speakers from Amazon Warehouse. After connecting them to my laptop, tablet, and phone, they don’t work at all. When plugged in for power, there’s a slight high-pitched ringing, which is acceptable. On the laptop, they appear as “Jack Mic (Realtek® Audio)” in Device Manager, and Windows claims the drivers are correct. I recently updated them, but due to known issues with Windows drivers, I’m wondering if the speakers are faulty or if there’s a problem with the product itself. It’s possible the item from Amazon Warehouse is defective, especially since I only have one audio jack that previously worked with headphones. If they function correctly, they should be included in my new PC build arriving tomorrow—thank you for your help.

Initially, analog devices require no drivers. However, if they fail on any connected device, they may be faulty.
