Hi, I recently purchased a set of Logitech Z333 speakers from Amazon Warehouse. After connecting them to my laptop, tablet, and phone, they don’t work at all. When plugged in for power, there’s a slight high-pitched ringing, which is acceptable. On the laptop, they appear as “Jack Mic (Realtek® Audio)” in Device Manager, and Windows claims the drivers are correct. I recently updated them, but due to known issues with Windows drivers, I’m wondering if the speakers are faulty or if there’s a problem with the product itself. It’s possible the item from Amazon Warehouse is defective, especially since I only have one audio jack that previously worked with headphones. If they function correctly, they should be included in my new PC build arriving tomorrow—thank you for your help.
Okay so an update, I was an idiot and didnt notice an on switch on the controller, after that it worked on tablet and phone but didnt work on the laptop, I had a monitor connected to my laptop and when I plugged the speakers into its jack and set speaker to that monitors it worked just fine, BUT when I unplugged the monitor and put it back into the laptop it still didnt work so idk about the laptop. Anyway it will probably work on my new build, thanks for the help although it was human error
