It could just be the four stick issue that the MB addresses by extending the boot time.

I thought the same thing too, but it's okay as long as I don't crash during a competition. Otherwise, I can use my phone until it starts up again. I'll keep improving my BIOS, hoping they'll come up with a fix someday.

The crash was occurring before I installed the extra sticks, suggesting it might not be related. My GTX 1060 from ten years ago could be the issue, and I plan to upgrade to a 5000 series soon.

I accidentally resolved the problem. Power went out and I shut down my UPS, causing the whole system to lose power for a few hours. After restarting today, I believe Context Restore functioned properly. Running EXPO Optimized on ASUS X670E Plus at 6000 MT/s using a quad array! Thanks to everyone who assisted. I should have performed a full power cycle sooner, but a simple on-and-off usually works!
