I bought an AMD auto-updater. It worked all day, but when I logged in, the screen went white and restarted. The mouse still works, but clicking apps or the Windows button won't start.

I see you're saying the Windows key isn't working, right? Have you tried using a shortcut like Win-R to open Command Prompt instead? Or does pressing Ctrl+Alt+Delete help? Do your computer's specs make it harder?

The shortcut works, but this computer is actually an HP TouchSmart 15 running on AMD hardware.

My GPU comes from a Radeon, while my CPU uses an AMD A4-6210 APU that also has Radeon R3 graphics.

The CPU, the graphics card (GPU), and the Wi-Fi connection all have big jumps every time my screen goes white. The only thing that stays up is Task Manager.

It seems only your main monitor is shaking, but other things on the screen are okay. If that happens, it's likely Windows got messed up and you'll need to restart the whole thing with Windows.

The screen doesn't shake until I click to type or hit a special key for shutting down, signing off, restarting, or opening my notepad. Even when it shakes, the mouse cursor and the notepad stay calm.

These are systems where the hard drive (SSD or HDD) has broken down or become corrupt, and most often things get fixed by making a backup from before the crash happened. You can try restoring the system to an earlier point in time. If that doesn't work, you might need to reinstall Windows. Or, if the drive is just physically dead, you should replace it with a new one. Ctrl+Alt+Delete is like the emergency button for computer problems; it's basically a safe mode that helps when things go wrong inside the operating system. It also stops micro-crashes and fixes issues caused by command-line errors that make the computer run slow or stuttery. You can sometimes boot into safe mode without needing to fix all your files at once, just in case there are bigger problems later on. If you have an issue like this, I would try to recover everything important right now so we don't lose anything else if things get worse.

I used to install an adrenalin program but now things are acting up. When my computer turns on, there is a choice: I can either start with regular Windows or use R3 Restore, or maybe switch to Safe Mode? I don't know which one should I pick yet.
