Does this flickering have a fix? I just fixed it by installing an update on Windows 11, and now my screen keeps flashing when I log in. Just like before, pressing CTRL ALT ESC won't stop it, so even trying to boot into safe mode or safe mode with networking didn't help. One friend suggested rebooting while holding the SHIFT key and then uninstalling that specific update, but since I don't know what the update is called, I can't do that.

I don't see flickering when I start in safe mode, but I can't find Adrenalin, just Radeon. I deleted the file but nothing happened even though my computer said something wrong about its memory right before turning off.
