Your temperatures are WAY too HOT. Maybe try a 1000-watt power supply for your system. Reset the motherboard settings. Do you really need all that crazy overclocking??? What are you trying to achieve by making your PC run faster than intended? Please give some advice from an old-school gamer and PC builder. I am sixty-one years old and have built and fixed computers for thirty-five plus years. Could you kindly share your results with me? Thank you so much.
I'm just running my computer normally without any special tweaks. I have left all the settings on their usual defaults.

Which model is this? Is the front panel shut up or open with a netting?
The base is really just a flat piece of plastic on top of the main unit. The "closed front" means it's sealed up tight and can't be opened from the outside like a door. Even though I took that whole front layer off and tried to rip it loose, nothing actually broke or changed about how it works inside.
I put the computer back together, fixed every fan so it points the way it's supposed to, took out all the dust, and checked everything again. The temperatures dropped a little bit between one and two degrees, but the computers are still trying to restart on their own.
