I have a problem today with my laptop, and it happened recently. Before, everything was working fine because the computer is new; I got it about a week ago. Today I bought a cooler pad called DeepCool Multi Core X8 to use more games. When I tested it for heavy gaming or benchmarks, it worked perfectly at first. But when I kept using it to play longer games, one game started crashing. After that crash and after restarting the computer normally without any problems, I went on the internet for a while—about twenty to thirty minutes—and then tried opening the game again. Suddenly, my screen showed a blue screen error message: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA.

I checked my reliability history and found something strange in the Windows shutdown errors. The code was 50. After I ran chkdsk /f /r and also sfc /scannow after the chkdsk finished, one corrupted file got fixed now. Then I tried a memory diagnostic from Windows on the Extended Mix option.

Can you give me some suggestions? I don't know if this cooler pad is causing problems with my system. There are two USB connections for that cooler: one is IN and the other is OUT. Normally, I only use the IN connection.
My computer has these specs: CPU - i7 11800H; GPU - 3050 Ti Max-Q; RAM - 2x8 GB running at 3200 mhz; CoolerPad - DeepCool Multi Core X8.

PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA is a code that tells something is wrong with your RAM memory - it means the operating system just can't use the memory right now. I don't have any opinions on how to check if your Windows computer has bad memory, but if you've used this laptop to post this question, I would guess that the error wasn't proof of a complete failure of all the RAM sticks. If you want to get a very thorough test result, could I suggest using MemTest86?

I really appreciate you getting back to me! The laptop is working well for now, and that error doesn't pop up immediately when it starts. However, if I run my memory test later on a random spot in time, I'll share the results with you once it's finished.
