The service is currently down for all three, and you're still not receiving a connection. Can you have the port blocked at your ISP, and if yes, what adjustments should you make?
If the connection is blocked on the ISP end, switch to another external port while keeping the same internal port.
Reverse the order, 25565 must stay inside, 55555 should remain outside
