Absolutely, I also checked Speedtest during that slow moment, around 30mb/s, and sometimes hit 40mb/s.

It's displaying 30Mbps despite a spike. Where exactly is the increase occurring? Are you experiencing problems with particular applications? Are the slow downloads limited to certain files?

the site feels very slow, with no loading at all. ping jumps to 4000-8000 during games, and the router shows speeds between 100-800 kb/s.

High ping can be somewhat typical on LTE, but that’s unusual. The problem likely lies with your hotspot or T Mobile connection. If the router shows these numbers, it probably isn’t your PC. Wireless problems are tough to pinpoint. Even with strong signal strength, interference from another source might be the cause. Reach out to T Mobile for assistance and they can help resolve it. If that fails, you may need a new hotspot.
