If you have any power savers, screensavers, or sleep features enabled, turn them off completely. Avoid setting any components to enter sleep mode or save energy modes. The goal is to streamline and limit any settings that influence power usage.
Assuming the power supply is near its designed end of life or at a critical threshold, fluctuations in wattage around that point cause issues—either too much or too little power. The PSU can't function properly. Make sure all crucial data is saved before making changes.
It usually happens when i play games. And I haven't seen it otherwise

Just to make sure: the PSU is just 1 year old? If that is the case send it back if that is possible, otherwise there is no other option than to buy a new PSU.

bought it last year and can't complain. Although i believe a 650+ gold would also do it for your system just fine.
Suitable for GPUs with 750 and above; evaluating an 800 or higher purchase.
I didn't mention overclocking and didn't ask for an apology :/. If you intend to boost your system, a higher power supply is advised, so a 750w (gold) unit would still work well.

That means you're completely safe with a 750w PSU. You might also consider slightly undervolting your parts for better efficiency.
Yep, I suggest 750 for your setup with the 3060 Ti and 12400f. My system runs more efficiently, though yours seems less demanding. For me, the PSU is more than sufficient.
