it began only a couple of days ago but whenever i watch a video on youtube or twitter or switch tabs or open another program, my pc slows down. i don't know why since it's been just about two days and it's really annoying.

Processor: Intel® Core™ i7 CPU 920
Installed RAM: 8.00 GB
GPU: Nvidia gtx 1050
System type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Power supply: pemtium model:500u
This issue occurs during gameplay such as playing 2k17 and similar titles. Although the PC can run older games, it sometimes crashes, displaying a blue screen indicating problems and requiring a restart. Occasionally it freezes without warning.

So now it doesn’t even start. I tried resetting the system and other fixes, but it still won’t boot.

I don’t have a different PSU, but it starts up and I can sign in because the keyboard and mouse don’t move even though they look okay. I’m not sure what will happen next.

There are several options available. Your RAM or motherboard might be outdated, or it could be a low-quality power supply unit.

obtain a high-quality PSU if it doesn't resolve the issue. otherwise, check your motherboard or other outdated parts. unless you can find a replacement at a low cost, consider upgrading to a new system with a fresh PSU.

The keyboard functions through the BIOS, which raises the question about whether it's the motherboard itself.
