I believe my drive is around 120gb, previously I had about 30gb free, and the computer has six 6gb RAM modules. It’s starting up now and shows the sign-in screen, but I can’t log in since the keyboard and mouse aren’t responding, though the keyboard does work through the BIOS.

Have you reinstalled Windows and checked all USB ports?

I reinstall Windows using local files, and the PC boots up to the sign-in menu. However, the mouse and keyboard don’t function properly, so I can still log in. The USB ports are working fine, but I’ve found others who faced similar problems and fixed it by reinstalling Windows from a USB drive.
