I recently constructed a PC, detailing the following components: AMD Ryzen 5 2600x Six-core Processor 3.60 GHz, Nvidia RTX 2060, 8gb of RAM, ROG Strix B-450F motherboard, Corsair 600w PSU, and a 500 gb SSD. The initial build was straightforward, with successful booting from a USB drive for Windows. However, over the past two months, I’ve experienced persistent crashes when running demanding games like Rust or The Division 2, typically before reaching the start menu. Conversely, games such as Moonlighter and Risk of Rain 2 operate without issue. I have extensively explored BIOS settings and other troubleshooting methods without identifying the cause of these problems. Assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Please attempt uninstalling these games and clearing their cache files. If these games are associated with a platform such as Steam, and those games crash while other platforms function correctly, try uninstalling the problematic platform and reinstalling it. Report your findings.

I utilize both the GeForce Experience application for driver updates and the AMD App which installed my CPU drivers.

Frequently, the PC crashes without an accompanying message; however, occasionally Windows displays a "display driver failed to start" message, or Chrome.exe generates an error alongside a specific error code.

Given that you have reverted to the Windows basic driver, should you proceed with reinstalling the driver via GeForce Experience?
