My computer crashes when I attempt to play games and requires assistance.
Reinstalling the GPU driver did not resolve the crashing issue. The problem likely isn't the GPU because the game crashes before reaching the menu.
Have you attempted to uninstall these games and clear their cache files? Are the games related to a platform such as Steam, and are they crashing while other platforms allow games to function correctly?
