Absolutely, that setup is pretty outdated. The RX 580 would easily outperform it, especially with modern gaming needs. I’m not sure you’ve made any changes yet—your current rig might not even match the performance of a newer model just for $200. The CPU and GPU specs from that time are nowhere near what you’re getting now. Also, using parts from a year ago could affect reliability. Existing components might not be compatible or optimized for today’s games.
