I recently completed my first PC build, but when trying to turn it on, the B450 Tomahawk Max only flashes a red blink and doesn’t power up. I’ve verified every connection multiple times, yet the issue persists.

No, you can't directly access the BIOS when the system won’t boot.

they perform this task by constructing a comparable system using a Ryzen 5 3600 with identical components... I shared the setup without applying a BIOS update. Additionally, I believe there should be indicator lights on the upper right corner displaying details such as VGA, RAM, and CPU during startup.

For a 2060, an 8-pin PCI cable is typically required depending on the specific hardware configuration.

If the image matches, ensure only an 8-pin connector is connected; otherwise, switch to an 8-pin or 6+2 pin.

hmmm fan even doesn't start spinning, looks like something triggered psu security very quickly. did you try without the gpu at all ? at least, disconnect the maximum you can, and try only with cpu and ram.

I don't have enough information to determine if the PSU is weak or faulty. Could you provide more details about its performance and any symptoms you're experiencing?
