Hi, I've noticed my mouse appears on my second monitor while playing CSGO. It works well most of the time, but sometimes when I click, it taps instead of responding properly. I’ve also updated my parts or changed my OS, using an RX470 with Windows 7.

Are you using a windowed borderless or fullscreen setting? Note that windowed borderless may cause issues, but this is uncommon based on my experience.

Consider switching to windowed mode and enabling Borderless gaming to achieve a fullscreen experience. The mouse will register when it enters fullscreen, which could be useful.

Still able to navigate CSGO smoothly, moving the mouse in and out just like on your desktop.

Have you considered trying to reinstall it and everything else?
