You might want to test the Dual Monitor Tools. If that doesn’t resolve the issue, it could be related to a driver or an update problem. Having an extra HDD or setting up a virtual machine could allow you to reinstall Windows and check if the problem persists.

Thanks for your patience. I'm trying to switch to a better software and plan to upgrade my Windows 7 later. While watching some movies, I had an idea—maybe using a different setup could work better.

I understand razer synapse is linked to problems in CSGO. If you're experiencing this, consider disabling it and trying the game again.
