Ugh, it's too late—I've already uninstalled the old AI Software. What now? I saw the mouse lights up only when I click it. ROG Connect is off, and nothing on the motherboard lights up. I disabled it a few days ago. I don’t think I can just install a USB charger, but let me check... Do you have any idea if there’s a link to the older version so I can download and reinstall?
I discovered the connection, but it feels unusual. The motherboard reset buttons remain active even when the PC is off, and the ROG logo also lights up. I turned off ROG effects in the BIOS settings.
It remains valid even in a low power or completely off condition.
I put the same AI Suite version I used, but there’s no USB charger available in the software or installed apps. When the PC is off, the power and reset buttons on the MoBo light up, and the ROG logo blinks. Is this typical behavior?
Hey, I didn’t set up that version as I mentioned before. Here’s a screenshot of the one I installed. Clearly, the AI suite isn’t the issue.
You might be thinking about why you're choosing a specific version when you don’t need it. Installing that version would only add an option you don’t want, and it doesn’t seem to be related to the USB Charger or plugin issue. The AI Suite isn’t the reason for this situation.
