It was only a matter of time before I managed to start up in BIOS. I spent the whole day adjusting, convinced I had damaged the system.

Advanced BIOS (F2) > Settings Tab > AMD CBS > UMC Common Options > DDR Options > DDR Memory Features > Memory Context Restore > Enable this setting to prevent memory rewriting each time the system restarts. If Windows begins to crash during boot, turn it off.
