Motherboard model: B650 Eagle AX CPU: Ryzen 5 7600x Cooler: Thermaltake Aqua Elite RAM: Corsair Vengance DDR5-6400 32GB(2×16GB) I’m new at assembling PCs, so this was a project for a friend. Everything seems assembled and powered on, but I’m noticing some problems: The motherboard error lights are flashing, and the fans aren’t spinning or lighting up. I think the fan hub might be disconnected, but I won’t have time to confirm until later. Regarding the memory indicators, the CPU light turns on briefly before the DRAM light appears and stays lit. I’ve tried re-seating the CPU, swapping the cooler, and testing the RAM. Luckily, we don’t have a tight deadline, but I’m hoping someone can help me resolve this.

I understand this may seem odd, but I wanted to confirm the RAM was placed in slots A2 and B2. It’s possible it could still cause issues even if they’re in the correct positions.

I can't verify it until later this evening. Earlier, I tested each stick separately in all four slots, but none worked.

Identify the memory slots you're utilizing. Gigabyte's marking is printed on the motherboard to highlight these slots initially. Are EXPO and DOCP features activated? Understanding what occurs when you turn off EXPO/DOCP can be helpful. DDR5-6400+ remains rare in Ryzen 7000/9000 models without forcing it. I recently experienced this while attempting to run EXPO DDR5-6400 CL30 on my 9800X3D.

It was a solid trial. How long did you need before the system powered on? Some BIOS settings can be quite challenging to get up and running, often requiring a few minutes. I own a Ryzen 5 8500G X870 with 64GB RAM, and when I adjusted my memory speeds, it took about 1 minute and 20 seconds to fully apply the changes.

Did NOT know it'd take that long. I waited ~15 seconds on each RAM slot on each stick

I'm not familiar with EXPO or DOCP. You're currently unable to start the BIOS and haven't set up an operating system yet.

Occasionally they pause for a moment. I'm checking if anyone has updates about your board.
