I understand the custom resolution setup, but it’s prompting you to reset everything. What steps should I take or what actions should I try next?

Well, you have that one value set to 1.6Ghz which is likely very incorrect. Why are you trying to create a custom resolution in the first place? What display is this? How is it connected?

You could simply adjust the display settings directly on the monitor to increase the refresh rate to 160Hz, avoiding the need for additional software changes.

You're aiming for a resolution of 165Hz at 3840x2160, using the DisplayPort cable that came with your monitor.

Only displays 100Hz instead of the 165Hz you're aiming for.

Sure, you're referring to adjusting the display settings. In Windows, you can change the refresh rate to 165Hz and turn off the AMD-specific monitor controls. The operating system doesn't inherently limit it to 100Hz, so it should support higher rates unless your hardware or driver settings restrict it.

I won't appear in Windows. It will only display up to 100Hz.

It's interesting you're achieving 4k at 100Hz with that card, especially if you recall the display port specifications accurately—maybe I'm mistaken.
