Really what's going on? That looks interesting—thanks for the reminder about Logan from Teksyndicate displaying his modlist in a similar image. It might have hinted at something related to software.

Those 'dirty' mods refer to unofficial alterations or changes applied to games like Skyrim. Some players notice odd behavior after installing them, such as unexpected mod indicators appearing in places like the Magic menu.

I'm Cabal, a recognized mod creator behind the Amidianborn set. I focus on models and retextures only, never altering damage values for this mod. Yet I find myself adjusting a daedric sword's damage to 500 just because it showed up in the creation kit—despite my mod having almost no connection to damage systems. This seems like what a "dirty edit" looks like. Don't stress too much unless you risk something serious. Also, some "dirty plugins" might be false alarms. If you're unsure about any of these, let me know which ones you think match your experience.
