Gameplay? Or just the cut scenes?
Because it loads assets behind the cinematics and on a HDD these loading delays are extremely excessive.
It sparked numerous discussions in forums when the game debuted because of frequent cinematic stuttering.
I just wanted to confirm you also meant INGAME non-cinematic content.

While playing, the visuals run seamlessly. Set the game on your 960 PRO to minimize problems like queue length and random/sequence read issues.

I'm experiencing issues with 34-40 fps and frequent stuttering. Previously, I played smoothly at 75 capped.

In the game, after completing the campaign, lag doesn't affect me during cutscenes, only during gameplay.

I figured it out. My D drive uses NTFS with a 4096 cluster size. I can't locate whether the file is compressed in the chkdsk tool.
