The goal is to clarify why 16GB isn’t sufficient for installing additional software, unless you’re using a dedicated network device that hosts all your programs. Otherwise, it won’t function well.

We're discussing Windows 10 S. There isn't a "Windows 10 Mini" version. The requirements are 20GB for 64-bit and 16GB for 32-bit.
