Your temperatures are normal for the situation. The laptop is experiencing thermal throttling, which is expected when running demanding games at high settings. It’s using the 4790K i7, GTX 770 with 16 GB RAM at 1080p, and it’s maintaining around 45 FPS. No overclocking has been applied.

It's a recognized problem on the server side. They're investigating the root cause and plan to release a fix soon. Everyone is affected, regardless of Titan ownership or the 980 Tis version.

It seems like the same issue might be happening with my CPU, but I was able to get 120+ FPS when I checked the hangers.
